Wasatch CrossFit has been a game changer for my family . We’ve been going for over a year now and we can’t get enough of it . We come from a non CrossFit background and the coaches have been great working with us . Huge fan
I love Wasatch CrossFit! Everyone is super welcoming and the coaches are great! Everyone encourages each other and it feels more like a family/team. Highly recommend being a member here over a regular ole lifting gym!

Great coaches that are super nice and super patient to teach you. Not only that but they give you very attainable goals and hold you accountable the whole way so it’s super easy to stick with it. Also they consistently check in on you to make sure you’re feeling alright with the process and making sure they can help you if you require additional help. Great experience. Millie, McKael, McKenna, and Landon are all fantastic. I’m sure the other coaches are cool too but I haven’t had the opportunity yet to with with them.
