I have mixed feelings about my experience with Wasatch Constables and Constable Matt Jennings. On the positive side, the initial service of the paperwork was completed as required. However, when a critical issue arose—specifically, a dispute by the defendant regarding proper service—Constable Jennings was completely unresponsive. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! After 2 weeks of no contact from them I called to find they send a registered letter and do not physically serve the defendant. When I complained I wouldn't spend $59 dollars to send a registered letter they canceled the service, but state they are not sure if they can get the documents back. Constable Jennings was surprised I needed the court docs back and claims its normal to do this registered mail. He even emailed me a link to "Utah Rule of Civil Procedure 4(d)(1)" to prove this is acceptable procedur... read more
