Good grief, this spot is a total letdown with zero redeeming traits. The raw fish was tough and rubbery instead of tender, chewy and flavorless with a faint fishy aftertaste. All sushi rolls fell apart the second chopsticks touched them, and the hibachi platter was overcooked, dry and bland. Portions were shockingly tiny; a single roll barely counted as a small appetizer. This is easily the worst sushi spot in the entire Jackson area, and I’ve never left a meal here more frustrated. The menu has barely any decent options, and their so-called vegetarian picks are lazy, sad garbage. Their vegetable roll is just boring plain cucumber and avocado with zero flavor, no creativity at all. Don’t even bother with their sweet potato roll—it’s soggy, cloyingly sweet and tastes like mushy, flavorless baby food. Total waste of time and appetite, I’ll never set foot here again.
My go-to sushi spot for years! The staff is always so nice genuine. The food especially the sushi rolls are a must try. Cajun roll is my absolute favorite!!
Save your money and eat somewhere else. This place’s inflated rating is a total scam, propped up entirely by the gimmick of offering cheap desserts to lure diners into leaving positive reviews. The chicken fried rice I ordered was completely tasteless—I couldn't detect even a hint of salt.The pan-fried pork dumplings reeked of stale, rancid oil; they were clearly cooked in old oil that hadn't been changed in weeks.
