I requested medium rare on multiple times. I explained to the that it should be grilled on the outside and pink on the inside. After several orders I stated to get frustrated. I reject the order and they sent me a replacement. That generated bad blood on their side. I tried to give them a last chance and things were ok until I called to place an order I got a mouth full.
