Had to visit twice one for a further check after having abnormal mammogram, which had biopsies done the another visit to have a vacuum assisted biopsy, I can not fault all of the nurses that looked and cared for me on my two visits the where all excellent and did a fantastic caring procedure, I have now been given the all clear which is very reassuring . Don't ladies if you visit these ladies a wonderful. Many thanks to the team.

Have had two ops now for removal of a tumour and further tissue. Have had very good care from the surgeons and screening service. All staff I have seen have been very kind and caring

Had my first letter asking to make an appt. Called beginning of August for a appointment end of September and got told to call back end of August as they do not have appts that far into the future. Called Tuesday to be told they are fully booked until October! Totally disgusting service. I am a full time carer and only get limited time off. Can not book online either, got to call them or email. Stuck in the dark ages!

I called to book an appointment for my mom, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly disrespectful. She didn't bother to listen or wait for me to speak and then had the audacity to hang up on me. It’s disappointing that the call ended before I had a chance to contribute. Respectful dialogue works both ways.

I’m over the age for breast screening but my mother died of cancer that started in her breast so I do try to get regular screening. I have had only the most efficient and kindly treatment, both making the appointment and at the screening. I’m grateful for the care and the very speedy result, thank you.
