Dr Adam, medical staff and administration have been nothing but accommodating and always professional, I have been to a few Drs since my family Dr passed and am so blessed I finally found someone as kind, caring and have trust in his words of wisdom as a Doctor
It’s a real shame that Dr Walker’s wife is involved. She cannot speak to people civil, talks down to you like she is has this authority over you. Reminds me of teachers that can’t cope in their environment and become overwhelmed. Then goes on attack and brings up that she owns property and has power to remove you from site. This lady definitely should not be in her role, she does not have the temperament to deal with sick people that require help and support. Hi, In relation to the feedback, I have nothing but positive reviews for Dr. Walker, his wife and all of the dedicated team. I find there kindness, patience and ethic most professional in everyway. They have genuine warmth , compassion and empathy. They have helped myself and my family deal with many medical issues. And at all times been accommodating and supportive. Sadly for my family we will not be returning to Warwick road medical practice. Dr Walker is a fantastic dr, and his demeanor is very understanding and gentle. His receptionist however which is his wife, who is dismissive, rude and enjoys to point her finger/ hand in your face is not. She enjoys threatening police on patients, when they ask politely to escalate concerns of her rude behaviour.
