I would never use this company for commercial lines. The customer service is terrible. I can never reach the agent during business hours. Calls are not promptly returned. There is very poor service generally. When I call I get call center agents in Asia who dont know what is going on. The only person there who seems to truly care and take ownership of things is McKay in the personal lines side.
