I've been on and off for years, gained a lot of my trust, and they're very professional.

Mark is an unempathetic tool who didn’t help the situation or even care about the clients point of view. Telling a client that there is no bright side to their problems without providing any sort of coping mechanism is not very helpful, especially for the amount of money she paid to have a session with him. Also, is watching a client blow their nose on their sleeve whilst crying not an incentive to at LEAST give them a tissue? Disappointing.
