Picked up my Cox 14ton ram woodsplitter yesterday morning had a full tank of fuel all oils checked and full brilliant service splitter works like a dream thanks very much for all your help and advice
$12000 mower was dropped of in torrential rain with no covers or anything to keep the mower out of the rain with a dog on the back of a truck biting the tyres as it was being pulled of the truck . !! They then broke their agreement on first service and not only over charged me but tried to tell me that I "bent the rear" deck hanger which is BS. They then said they bent it back into shape instead of replacing it and then later denied that they told me that!!! It then fractured and they replaced it with the same hangers which ... read more
Had to have a 2nd go at my mower's service to get it right, which they did , will never hesitate returning !
"I have 15,000 dollar machines here waiting to be fixed and you only have a $600 pushmower you bought, mate." Was the attitude of the owner after I left my mower there for some warranty repairs. Months later, I'm still waiting only to be told two more weeks every time I enquire. Do not buy from this shop! They don't care and will not honour their warranties. They especially turn their noses up at customers who don't spend fortunes with them. Bad service, bad attitudes and woeful customer service. Waste of my hard-earned doll... read more
