Amazing service!! THANK-YOU Clare & Hubert. We were refused the services of district nurses in Rugby because we live in Bradford. Attended a party last night which cut short because hubby catheter blocked. I drove over to Warwick A&E last night (30 min drive) and he was seen within 10 mins of admission. Clare and Dr Hubert, immediately sorted out the catheter blockage. Clare helped further and was very friendly. Hats of to Warwick A&E. Excellent service! The staff is very friendly!Today we came there with my little boy as he swallowed the cap of a pen. We were accepted immediately! All checks were completed within an hour!

I have recently returned home from an A&E visit to Warwick hospital with suspected DVT. Although the A&E waiting room was incredibly busy , I was initially seen reasonably rapidly for obs and then triaged - whereupon my case was hurried along by the triage nurse (thank you) and taken up by lovely Jessica who took care of me for the duration of testing and diagnosing. A brilliant experience despite the pressure that A&E were under. The staff are just amazing despite the pressure they are under. Susan H

Extremely disappointing experience at A&E. I arrived at 19:00 and didn’t leave until 04:30 — over nine hours later. The department was not particularly busy, with only around 10 patients seen during that time. One particularly concerning case involved a young girl with a visibly broken wrist who had to wait over five hours just to receive basic pain relief like paracetamol. This level of care is unacceptable, especially in an environment meant for urgent and emergency treatment. Something clearly needs to change.
