The guy on the counter named Ali needs to work on his customer service, always very rude. Notice it many times not once. Not a good asset for the business. Have used this business a few times now and unfortunately not happy with the way they operate now. Charged me 40% more than retail value. Paid over the counter without hesitation and questioning them. I had a fair idea what I needed to pay but didn’t think twice over the counter. Called in asked about transaction and individual confirmed they may have bought it for a lot more than other retailers which is why they have to sell for a premium. Great Didn’t bother with going back in but good luck with your business.
