Absolutely wonderful service! A big shout out to Phill. He was truly amazing, diligent and always happy to answer all of my questions throughout the process of buying the car. As I am not based in Manchester, we had to request a delivery, which I was a bit apprehensive to do. Not being able to test drive was a bit scary. But it went great, smooth and easy! Plus having a 2 weeks grace period to return it, in case we didnt like the car made us confident we were safe. Can't recommend enough.
Bought a BMW Active Tourer nearly a year ago, and it had lots of issues. I have read some of the feedback here of poor customer service, but I can't say i had the same treatment. In fact the communication and service from Charles has been more than acceptable. Shame the car had exhaust circulation faults, and other issues that was not repaired the 1st time they took it back; so would have given a 5 star otherwise.
Excellent service from Phil who looked after us & did everything needed to make sure we were happy to purchase the car!!! This business puts customers first above anything else & a pleasure to do business with. Will definetly use again & recommend. Keep up the good work!
