My least favorite place to go to. EVERYONE IS RUDE. You feel like they have all agreed to be rude together. Rude receptionists, rude dentists, rude hygienists. The dentist losted it at me and ripped her mask off her face aggressively with an angry face and repeated what she was saying so annoyed. The receptionists are no better. Every appointment I needed to attend went well I highly recommend Warwick Dental clinic the staff are lovely and the Dentists.
I got a phone call they invited me to see a student which is under the supervision of dental, he drilled too much my tooth resulted in pain and can not eat on it! I was not informed that the drilling was big , as the supervisor told me it’s small hole , but the student dentist had drilled too much, resulting in big pain and problems, it will cost me a fortune to fix and may I lose my tooth! I have to address a complain with professional healthcare organisation for medical negligence!
Staff at reception is very rude and not helpful. I asked them to process my job application to HR and they responded unprofessional and rude..
