I was looking for a dr last minute on a Saturday for my sick daughter and decided to give Dr Lwin War War Han. She went above and beyond with her so decided to to bring my other 2 young children to see her when sick and have been happy each time with the way she checks them and really listens to your concerns. I have been to other dr and I haven’t had one that looks them right over and cares as much as she does. I don’t mind paying on Saturdays because of how great she is and so caring 🥰
Waited for almost an hour, even though I had an appointment booked. Would have appreciated a call so I didn’t have to waste as much time in the waiting room. Had some tests done and agreed that those results would be sent by email within 1-2 weeks. Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks. Dr. Myintzu Is a very kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor. Very easy to talk to,
First doctor I’ve been to that wouldn’t bulk bill an infant because it’s Saturday. Should have known to ask my baby to only get sick on weekdays. Won’t come here again. If you need a kids doc in the area, Ballajura medical always bulk bills kids!
I’m very disappointed with the service. Before my appointment, I called to confirm if bulk billing with Medicare was available, and the receptionist assured me that it was. However, after the consultation, I was asked to pay $90. While I will receive a partial rebate from Medicare, this was not what I was told, and it’s incredibly frustrating. The doctor was fine, but I strongly recommend double-checking any information the receptionist provides to avoid this kind of issue.
