I don’t have any issue with the doctor or the nurses or receptionist who try to assist…my issue is with the appointment times not being true and that fact that I had to come into the office to obtain records for my child. When I did that, they still couldn’t provide my records (wasn’t an easy access thing) to me because there wasn’t a nurse there and they aren’t practicing scanning your records in automatically. Dr.Webster is a great doctor, love her to death. she's on top of all my needs. listens to my concerns and addresses them right off the bat.
We had to schedule an after emergency follow up appointment for my mom with Dr. Aladee Delahoussaye. When we arrived ten minutes before the appointment, they had us waiting for more than an hour, my mom had just came out of the emergency a day before and was really tired and weak. After they walked us to the exam room, Dr. Aladee came, talked to us with an attitude, she insisted that there was no emergency record and she can do nothing to my mom. Try to call to let them that I was stuck at the tunnel for 30 minutes due to an accident, but it kept going to voicemail. When the jam cleared up and i finally made it the front desk receptionist was not even that busy. So I’m not sure where this mysterious phone number gets routed to. Anyway, if you have options for another provider that can at least answer the phone, please consider it.
