Have used this business a few times now and unfortunately not happy with the way they operate now. Charged me 40% more than retail value. Paid over the counter without hesitation and questioning them. I had a fair idea what I needed to pay but didn’t think twice over the counter. Called in asked about transaction and individual confirmed they may have bought it for a lot more than other retailers which is why they have to sell for a premium. Great Didn’t bother with going back in but good luck with your business.
Really bad experience was told boiler was in stock arranged to pick it up on a certain day. Rang to confirm a day before but then said wasn't in stock sold the boiler and said it was sold because I hadn't paid a deposit when on the phone it was never said that a deposit was needed. The person who I was dealing with very abruptly said can't anything not in stock and cut the phone
Do not use this company they sell sub standard parts then have an attitude when you ask for a replacement no help whatsoever
