This is one of the best apartments in Baton Rouge and the staff is wonderful.
I haven't slept past 7 on a weekend since they started construction.
I have been residing in this apartment for three years and am highly satisfied for the following reasons. First, the property is consistently well-maintained. Maintenance requests submitted online are typically addressed within one to two days. The apartment has a dedicated maintenance team that is both professional and courteous. Lovely Gated Community very quiet, Upgraded apartment/townhouses. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staff. I’ve been living here for a while now and I can’t complain. Ms.Katie in the front office is wonderful and caring! Staff is very helpful and will go above and beyond to take care of any issue you have. Maintenance is very friendly and address any issue in a timely manner. The Complex is always clean, trash free & very quiet.
