I've spent the past six months living at the Warwick, and it's been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The management team consistently brings a high level of care, warmth, and professionalism, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Marilyn, in particular, made the application process seamless and stress-free with her efficiency and kindness. The included utilities are also a major bonus. I highly recommend The Warwick to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.
I absolutely loved the Warwick. Arguably one of the best apartments in Baton Rouge. The staff was amazing! The amenities were awesome. Decent price with everything included. Loved the community and you couldn't beat the location. Really miss this place
Could not recommend The Warwick enough! I was at the Warwick for a year and have no complaints whatsoever. My apartment was always pretty quiet all my neighbors were very friendly. The management at the Warwick was excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of how well they treated me and took care of any needs I had.
The level of professionalism and the staff at the Warwick is unmatched! Thank you very much to Kati Bolotte, I have been living at the Warwick for almost 2 years now and hope to spend many more here!
