Response, "Instamed is the payment processor but there ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ACCOUNT ADJUSTMENTS OR CONFIRM BILLING ACTIVITY, CONSULT YOUR HEALTHCARE DIRECTLY. No one helps resolve billing problems.
