After we signed up for irrigation service and paid in advance to get someone to come out, we kept having to call them get someone to come open the system. We also requested an estimate for lawn care and to add to our system. Several more phones and they kept saying they didn't know anything about any estimates, told them again what we wanted an estimate for and never got one. As always the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. This is the first time Cody was at our house but he's certainly welcome back. Thank you. Sense Cody's visit the service has gone down hill. I've been very disappointed in the people they have sent out to do our work. They have been very poorly trained. I had a control panel problem. Clint explained what was causing the tracks in the yard. He looked over the yard. He also added another spot treatment. I was very happy with his attention to our issue.
