He. Came to our campsite and fixed the heater. Had to remove it, ( like a jig saw puzzle) and took it and replied it , and put it back. Works like new. Fast , efficient, very friendly. Will definitely call if I need anything for my rv. ( 2002 keystone Montana)
We had an estimate done today, and the experience was fantastic! Doug was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and had a great personality. As new RVers, we really appreciated how he went above and beyond—not just assessing the repairs but also taking the time to educate us on maintenance and upkeep. We learned so much, and his expertise gave us real confidence in caring for our RV. We'll be using him for any repairs now and in the future!
I had a wonderful experience with him, truly an amazing person. Very friendly and quick to get the job done! 10/10 would recommend!!
