An absolute Horrible experience with Warshaw Capital!!!!! After getting pre-approved on 2 refinances, my file sat in Underwriting for 3+ Months! A nightmare of back and forth with the Manager and loan officer for months, getting every document they asked for, multiple times they could not close my loans. After wasting $1,200.00 on 2 appraisals, all I got was a "Sorry". I would not refer them to my worst enemy! DO NOT USE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE!!!!!!

RecommendedRecently went through the process of a refi and the team at Warshaw Capital couldn’t have made it easier and more stress free. Communication was great and we were kept informed of all updates, everything moved quickly and we saved a lot on our mortgage payment. Highly recommend!
Terrible mortgage company with awful communication and they just don't care. Would never recommend. They will not answer your e-mails, texts or phone calls. Stay away!
