My partner and I frequented the Wednesday night BASICS yoga class with Susie Grossman for three years. These classes were an excellent retreat from the hectic work week and Susie would tailor the content of the class based on feedback from attendees at the beginning of the session. I started training with Susie about 3 years ago. I have multiple sclerosis, which she was not unfamiliar with; however, each week I came back she had done more research to try and help me become stronger and more flexible. She has spent countless hours and resources to continue her already extensive training. I wold highly recommend her. My daughters even go to her yoga class, and my husband has trained kettle bells in her studio.
I've been taking yoga and kettle bell class from Susie for over 2 years. What an amazing person! I have learned so much about physical fitness and what exercises work for my body. Susie has helped me become the strongest person I can be and has done a great job at keeping me motivated to stay strong! I can't say enough good things about Susie and her business!
I never considered personal training until I found Warsaw's Secret Fitness Studio. Three years later, I would not consider stopping. I have learned so much from my training with Susie. I highly recommend Susie and her team.
