Hello and good day to all this facility is a joke 🤣 they have said that they are a tremeant center and they are not if you ask the staff for something they say I got you and you have to remind them over and over I missed dinner twice and then after dinner they say we wrap your food up and you can heat it up in the microwave lol I don't eat fish and my alternative was 2 day old spaghetti lol and if you smoke make sure to bring cash cards take up to 3 days and if you are waiting on your smokes to get there you can not ask o... read more
My name is Sarah Trask. I am 61 years old. I have a medical diagnosis of Alcohol Dependence-Severe. I went to Warsaw Recovery Center on May 23, 2026 for detox. Upon arrival I was assessed by intake. My breathalyzer was 0 and my blood pressure was 142/96.
