Bay #1 stopped working after my car was soapy. I had to pay a 2nd time and chance that Bay #2 would work. It did, fortunately. Unfortunately, no one EVER answers the phone in order to voice my complaint, or get a refund or a free car wash coupon. Terrible customer service.
What to use their automated wash. Inserting my credit card. Machine said it was busy but there wasn't anybody in it. Waited a couple of minutes then left. Tried to call the number on the side of the building but no one answers. I'll let my credit card company deal with him
This place sucks! Brushes will scratch your car underneath all the soap it leaves behind. Beware!!
I went to wash my service dog. All of their shampoo options were out & only ran water. I had my mom call the service number while I was drying Jazzy. She only received a voice mail msg!!!! Great way to run a business has a notice saying credit card machine is out of order but fails to mention we are out of soap!!!
Paid for my wash, but never came on! Called phone number listed on the side of the building that reads "for questions or problems call...". No answer! Won't be back.
Went through to get my car washed and it sprayed soap on my passenger side and that's it no wash no nothing so disappointed and no one around to get refund
I just paid $9 and you can't even tell my windshield is still dirty on the outside and my rims don't look any different will never use them again
