Love Dr. Haase and his staff. Always very thorough.
Called my disabled son's Dr to have a medicine refilled. Automated service sent me to a outside group that I had to give more information to than normal when everything SHOULD already be on the computer system that was created so everyone could easily access it? Am NOT fond of automated services at all & less fond of talking to a completely different call center than the clinic itself. Impersonal
Recently turned 20 and they still call my mother as my primary person even tho I filled out paperwork to change it multiple times the blame it on the ‘system’ they do not listen to me or take my concerns seriously because I am overweight, will without a doubt find a new doctor
Very caring. He’s very thorough, listens, asks questions, runs tests, does his research, and isn’t afraid to say he doesn’t know and get a second opinion.
