Warr's Auto will now be my place to go no other mechanics would look at or even had the knowledge to tell me why my VTM-4 light was on Warr Auto looked at my car right away knew what needed to be done and got it fixed in a timely manner not only did they fix my car they were warm welcoming and gave me a ride so I didn't have to walk or wait the rate was affordable and fair they did everything they could to get me the best deal I am grateful I am able to get back to work and appreciate them my vehicle feels safe again to driv... read more
Took my 2013 explorer xlt to have my water pump looked. Was told $1400 parts and labor to fix. I bought the parts from advance and he charged $1100 for labor. 26 days later, motor blows from where timing chain breaks. Had to spend $1900 for another motor and $1100 again to have it installed. Advance had him to try to diagnose if it was a parts failure or if it was an installation failure. 60 days later, I find out he never filed the claim completely where new motor and labor was turned in on claim.
