Not a place to send your Renault if in distress and break down on a long journey. They took a week, yep a week, just to diagnose an issue and then quoted a 2 week fix. Needless to say the car was promptly removed from there and sent to Geelong to be fixed a lot quicker. Service staff were inept and I had to keep chasing them, even when they said they'd ring me. The clincher for me to remove the car was this little chestnut "sorry but we can't look at your car any quicker as we are backlogged with booked and 'internal" jobs. ... read more
