Unfortunately it was not open at 9 pm but acccording to the google it is open until 9.30 pm.
My wife was unwell and in pain, she was very concerned. Rather than take up the hospitals time the urgent care centre was happy to assist. Moved quickly through the system. Well done guys. So thankful for your help.
I was waiting for almost 4 hours to see the GP. Well the staff said it just waiting for 1 hour but it's more than expected. I mean it should be good if you guys can inform the estimation time and the queue so it can avoid wasting so much time just sitting there with pain.
No available appointments with regular GP for husband. Advised to go to walkin clinic. Excellent service from reception,triage and doctor. No waiting. Very thorough. Highly recommended.
Having witnessed a person trying to chat up some poor woman just waiting there to be seen, touching her animal backpack or whatever it was, rattling off about his multiple mental illnesses (serious ones) and then make highly aggressive fist smacking gestures, well this is not something I would want any patient, let alone my child waiting there exposed to. The waiting room is cramped, way too small, and poorly ventilated. It's basically unsafe. We never want to come back to this awful place again. I'd rather drive to Melbourn... read more
