I purchased a Holden Acadia only 3 months ago. I paid Cash. Masey was the woman who sold me the car. When I looked at it, it had a towball on it. When I got it home it didn't. I rang Masey and to date have never heard back. She also forgot to tell me the left back seat doesn't fold down. Not impressed and now selling car.
What a brilliant group of people 👏 customer service was wonderful especially with my son. I cant remember the guy that looked after us on Saturday but he was great with my son especially when he fell off the office chair, And omg our new xtrail is outstanding, the only problem i have is fighting with my husband who gets to drive it Thank you so very much we will be back for a ute next
