I rang Mazda Warrnambool at about 4:15 PM about a sudden master warning light on my dashboard. I asked if someone could check it that day — was told no one was available, so I said I’d come next week. But the operator then insisted I bring it in the same day to get it checked, again emphasising, “we won’t get it fixed today.” Fine. I got there around 4.30, explained the phone conversation, only to be told “the boys had already left at 4.30” and nothing could be done. I work in aged care and whilst i had a client in the car the battery light came on and we headed straight to Mazda. Turns out it was a drive belt and although they were booked out they squeezed me in with no delay and i was able to continue my busy day of clients. I am so greatful to the staff, they were friendly and so accomodating and me and my client were able to sit in their lounge with refreshments on offer.
