Looking at buying a diesel Sportage with GTLine package. However walked around out front, no one around so went into showroom. 1 salesman in Isuzu end, 1 in the Kia end talking to a person who looked like they were workshop. Walked out of the showroom, through the yard to my parked car out front. No one approached me and i commented to my wife next time I’ll wear a suit with plenty of bling - obviously track pants, jumper and thongs couldn’t pay cash for a Kia. One more slipped through.
We were there to buy a new car or demo we had the money cash in our pocket but couldn’t find anyone that would give us some options ended up leaving and buying one on the phone from Kia Ballarat. I think they need to think about their customer service
