We were there to buy a new car or demo we had the money cash in our pocket but couldn’t find anyone that would give us some options ended up leaving and buying one on the phone from Kia Ballarat. I think they need to think about their customer service

Had the absolute best experience dealing with the parts department. Andy went far and beyond to help me in an emergency situation! He showed me what Australian "mateship" is all about and proofed to me that country hospitality and helpfulness is definitely a thing! Thank you again Andy you are a legend!
Terrible experience.....if you don't mind get looted....highly recommend!!...happy to share the Terrible experience if you have time to listen....guys please get a second opinion before any fixes they recommend that will surely save you hundreds if not thousands...I saved nearly $4000 for an under $800 part replacement (Inc labour).
