We had a problem with a lens while visiting Warrnambool from the UK. The staff were all very kind and helpful, going out of their way to fix it. We are very grateful.
I was in Portland EyeCare. I had an appointment with Darren at 4pm. Darren took extra care of me. He took his time to check me and explained me everything with care.
