I’m a vanning newbie; After a 3 month wait to get my camper trailer’s 1st service here, was greeted by a rude, arrogant man in reception…. Went back to pick it up, I asked was there anything that needed to be done. Got a grunt as a response. As I hitched van on, I noticed the hand brake was extremely loose, but didn’t say anything. Got home popped up camper trailer after noticing it had been jammed shut, only to find there is a tear in the canvas!!!!!!! Not bloody happy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
