The therapist I had was overall great, it’s the office that has an issue. After every single appointment that I paid copays for, I’d ask if everything was ok and set and they would tell me yes.. they even scanned my insurance card TWICE after already having copies (it didn’t change) until the day of my appointment as I was leaving I got a call saying I wasn’t allowed to come in because of insufficient funds.
