Since joing this surgery a couple of months ago I have found the staff really helpful whenever I have phoned or gone in. The nurse who I have seen mainly has been absolutely brilliant and dealt with my issues in a really professional manner. So much better than my last surgery I'm so glad I moved here .
I don’t know how anyone can complain about this surgery. I have been a patient for twenty years now and the level of service from the doctor, nurses and receptionists has been fantastic. My family and I have never had a problem getting an appointment; the most we’ve had to wait is one day, whilst the majority of appointments have been given on the same day. We have always been treated with compassion, empathy and respect. This is an amazing surgery.
Always polite. But, 1 receptionist must learn to wait for the Dr. or nurse to call the "come in" before entering the room
