We've used this plumbing company for years at both our previous home and our current home, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations. From routine plumbing repairs to more involved projects, they've always been professional, knowledgeable, and dependable. I used Warrior last October to do a partial repair replacement on my main sewer stack in the basement because it had a crack in it. And the field supervisor Chris came out to do the work and he did a great job. And Chris came back today to do some work for me and he did a great job. I highly recommend them and I would use them again.
They were able to arrive earlier than scheduled appointment which was very helpful to get problem resolved. Very thorough, explained and walked through process and options available. Made recommendations regarding potential future preventative measures to ensure no continuing root problems in main sewer line, etc. Also made recommendations for sewer line potential problems over time and ways to address should issues arise noting at this time, no issues noted.
Shawn and his team at Warrior are the best. They are my first call whenever I have sewer line issues at rental houses. They are very responsive and are able to handle issues quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend!
Admin staff is very friendly, but I am struggling with getting a response or someone to show up to follow up on work that was completed. Another reviewer appears to have had similar issues as me, Aaron Paterson. 2 appointments were confirmed and no one showed up both times, now the owner seems to be ignoring me. 3/13/26 is the first time I spoke to staff.
