I received a text message confirming appointment and arrival time. Shawn arrived on time. He was very professional answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do and what I should do as a follow up. Word recommend to anyone! Chris was great a communicating, quick to respond & honest. The wok they had to do was explained and completed in a timely manner. I opted for the lifetime cleaning program due to having a belly which I think is such a great option through this company.

We experienced a sewer backup in our home. We have raw sewage on the basement floor. Freemans plumbing referred us to Warrior Sewer and Drain. They were very professional and came quickly. Offered us two solutions. We are reaching out to the City of St. Peter’s before taking next step. Can not live in our home now.
Arrived on time. Seemed knowledgeable, got the jobs done quick. Gave upfront pricing before completion. Going through the photos of the work though, I noticed that placed the toilet wax ring on my sink and right next to my toothbrush, which was a little gross to me, and it would appear that they broke the bolt cover and didn’t tell me. It’s in the same picture. I didn’t notice it missing because it’s on the toilet near the wall, so it’s hard to see. Would’ve appreciated a heads up.
