I received a text message confirming appointment and arrival time. Shawn arrived on time. He was very professional answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do and what I should do as a follow up. He told be if I had any additional problems to call back and they would return if necessary. So far everything has been great no additional issues. They were able to arrive earlier than scheduled appointment which was very helpful to get problem resolved. Very thorough, explained and walked through process and options available. Made recommendations regarding potential future preventative measures to ensure no continuing root problems in main sewer line, etc. Also made recommendations for sewer line potential problems over time and ways to address should issues arise noting at this time, no issues noted.
Shawn and his team at Warrior are the best. They are my first call whenever I have sewer line issues at rental houses. They are very responsive and are able to handle issues quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend!
Admin staff is very friendly, but I am struggling with getting a response or someone to show up to follow up on work that was completed. Another reviewer appears to have had similar issues as me, Aaron Paterson. 2 appointments were confirmed and no one showed up both times, now the owner seems to be ignoring me. 3/13/26 is the first time I spoke to staff. Warrior Sewer and Drain did an amazing job with a rough in for our basement kitchen sink. From the initial call, to quote, to install, and follow up everyone was wonderful to work with and the project turned out great and was exactly what we were wanting. Very highly recommend.
