We experienced a sewer backup in our home. We have raw sewage on the basement floor. Freemans plumbing referred us to Warrior Sewer and Drain. They were very professional and came quickly. Offered us two solutions. We are reaching out to the City of St. Peter’s before taking next step. Can not live in our home now.
Word recommend to anyone! Chris was great a communicating, quick to respond & honest. The wok they had to do was explained and completed in a timely manner. I opted for the lifetime cleaning program due to having a belly which I think is such a great option through this company.
Warrior Sewer and Drain were easy to schedule an appointment at my convenience for a Hydro Jetting, showed up on time and communicated well. Offered a warranty, sent a text before the appointment and the whole job took less than 30 minutes. Very satisfied.
Arrived on time. Seemed knowledgeable, got the jobs done quick. Gave upfront pricing before completion. Going through the photos of the work though, I noticed that placed the toilet wax ring on my sink and right next to my toothbrush, which was a little gross to me, and it would appear that they broke the bolt cover and didn’t tell me. It’s in the same picture. I didn’t notice it missing because it’s on the toilet near the wall, so it’s hard to see. Would’ve appreciated a heads up.
Absolutely one of the best service and workmanship in Chesterfield. We had severely clogged sewage line with years of build-up in the pipe. He took care of it in ~30 min and was very kind to come out on Christmas day. Very grateful for his kindness and professional work ethic. Thank you and I definitely recommend Warrior Sewer and Drain for any clogged drain problem.
