If you don't like your therapist, you can simply block their number and email, or tell them you're going off the grid to live the life of a monk, or that you ran into an insurance problem. I have been seeing Paley for a few months now. I have participated in one on one therapy sessions and group therapy sessions. I can't stress enough how awesome Payley is. I've seen therapists in the past that just don't really seem like they are there for more than a paycheck. Payley isn't that. While he is professional and dedicated to maintaining ethical boundaries, I can tell from my interactions with him that he deeply cares for me and is willing to show up and support me through my struggles. Would not recommend for busy professionals, or people with children. Office is way off the beaten path, and rules are not helpful. Would not recommend.
