John is rip-off, drove from Las Vegas to pick up a excavator bucket i needed in emergency he send me a quote when I almost got there he called me saying that what he had quoted wasn't the right price and that it was double of what he quoted he said he didn't have nothing else,stay away from that guy very dishonest

I'm getting ready to purchase a 9035 Liugong excavator. We live on Palomar Mountain so the long distance from the dealer was a huge concern. We showed up one day, it was almost closing time. No problem, the owner (Steve) showed me all around, pulled out the equipment, let me run it, showed me buckets...Super impressed!!. I walked through their service area, they have service trucks everywhere, nice shop! No delays if I were to need service.
