Warrior Kids Yoga has brought so much fun into my center! Shannon works with infants all the way to School agers and has been a great addition to the team. She brings positive energy and fun into our space. We are grateful to have Warrior Kids yoga and Shannon!
What a great class! They did an hour of yoga and then built in time to play with the cats. It was great to watch. My daughter loved it and wants to do it again.
My son and I enjoyed cat yoga. First off, I am feeling some muscles the next day! I like that modifications were welcomed and that seeking your own level was OK. The cats, of course were fun to have around. My son wants to go back (and so do I!) And do cat yoga again.
