What a great class! They did an hour of yoga and then built in time to play with the cats. It was great to watch. My daughter loved it and wants to do it again.
My son and I enjoyed cat yoga. First off, I am feeling some muscles the next day! I like that modifications were welcomed and that seeking your own level was OK. The cats, of course were fun to have around. My son wants to go back (and so do I!) And do cat yoga again.
This organization has been fantastic to work with! My son takes an after school yoga program with them and we just did family cat yoga this past weekend. Both programs have been wonderful for him and I cannot recommend them enough!
