The most Dishonest management team I've ever dealt with. Have had a membership with warrior went to get a car wash they said I no longer had a membership so I said OK no problem I'll just pay for a one time car wash and did so. Three days later they charged my card the monthly fees. Then two weeks later charged me for a monthly fee. Whe I called to report the incident. Been using them for almost 5 years, took it to be washed today and they scratched the hell out of drivers side, manager said we will review cameras, I guess we’ll see what happens Tuesday, hopefully they take care of it 2024 Lexus 25,000 miles, will keep you posted
Please Avoid Monthly Plans With This Place! The workers there are very very rude. Unlimited carwashes are NOT Unlimited! You are only allowed 100 washes and then you would have to start a plan all over again. The man made me use the exit gate. I did not give him permission to renew my plan and I did not give him a new payment method. I told him to cancel my plan that I was going else where. They spend a ton of time spraying your vehicle before and wiping down after with the rainbow option. Very nice!
I don’t think my car could have looked worse after paying $17! Never again.
