Good value. The automated car wash really scrubs the dirt away
I have used this carwash for the past year. The service has gradually been getting worse. Yesterday was Monday 6pm I purchased the most expensive wash. As I pulled in there was only one guy working where there is usually 2 people. I swear he only washed the one side of my front hood and drivers step panel. I knew something was off. When done I got out and sure enough only 1/2 of my hood was cleaned and the passenger step panel was untouched. I requested a rag to wipe down and he said I had to buy them. Very Disappointed – Poor Service and Overcharged I visited this car wash expecting a decent experience, but I left completely frustrated. I paid for the Arroyo wash ($26), plus an air freshener—yet somehow ended up getting the Thunderstorm package instead. There was no clear explanation for the change, and it felt like I was scammed. The worse car wash for 70 dollars didn’t even clean mats carpet or Even seats done on 10 minutes do fall for there tricks
$16 for the basic wash and my truck is still filthy. I was not expecting a perfect wash, because none of them are, but I could have saved $16. Save your money and go elsewhere.
