Warrior Built did a decent install, but there were problems with the cement casing they used around the deck support poles. It very quickly cracked and yellowed. For two years now, I've been trying to get them to honor their warranty and redo the casing with the proper material. They made several appointments to do the work, but don't show up. What a company to work with. They rebuilt my front deck and added a new deck to the back of my cabin, what a fantastic job. When the job was finished, my property was spotless, cleaned up everything. I am super pleased with my new deck!!! This was a very difficult project for Warrior due to project site accessibility. Both the demo of the old deck and construction of the new deck required hauling materials by hand from the front paring pad up a long narrow steep flagstone walkway. One side of the new deck is flanked by very large rocks. Each plank of the deck was carefully fitted and contoured to fit against the rocks. Chris, Hagen, Jorge, and everyone we have worked with have really been impressive! Strongly recommend. They did the job on time, communicates really well, and overall really enjoyed every step of this process.
