I recently had my makeup done by Magen at Illuminate for a gala I was attending, and it was my first time ever having my makeup done professionally. After explaining what I was hoping for Magen brought my vision to life- natural with just the right pop, and with a touch of baddie. Absolutely loved it and received so many compliments. I would definitely book my makeup again for future events.
Got my brows waxed and tinted today by Meghan , as a walk in. I would reccomend making an appointment but I got lucky this morning with an open appointment. She did a great job making me feel comfortable , virtually pain free waxing and plucking my brows and a strong tint. Really glad to have found a place near Pottstown that is CLEAN and really cute inside. Everyone was super nice and the wax was $15. I did tinting for like an extra $20. Will be coming back for sure.
I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave a review because Illuminate is literally the best!!! I’ve been going there for over two years to get spray tans and I have never once been even slightly disappointed. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive — they’re all wonderful it’s hard to have a favorite! They take their time and don’t ever make you feel self-conscious. Becky is the absolute best! My spray tan was the best one I’ve ever received. Recently I had 2 events coming up back to back. She cancelled my appointment at no cost and walked me through my options since it’s not a good idea to get 2 spray tans less than 2 weeks apart. I already tried one of the solutions and it’s perfect for my first event. Huge shout out to Becky for the incredible amount of knowledge and time she shared with me to discuss my options.
