Fantastic customer service. Si was able to accommodate our emergency repair at short notice, and fix it promptly. He kept us updated throughout and was able to clearly explain to us (who don’t have a clue about cars) exactly what went wrong and he showed us the new parts that he added - so we knew exactly what work we were paying for. Very helpful and we will be returning customers.
100% recommend this garage!! 10/10 service and fast too! Simon is a top bloke, he managed to fit me in last minute as I urgently needed it doing due to holiday in a few days, he fixed the problem whilst I waited, and then I asked about my electric window not working which another garage quoted me £400 and said it was the regulator, so I asked si to check and it turned out it had the wrong fuse in it and now it’s all working fine. Very impressed. Needed some minor repairs done, and it was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. Communication was perfect with regular updates throughout. Will definitely use again in the future
I took my VW T4 to Simon's garage as it was drivable because the gears weren't locating. I was preparing to leave it with him for a few days as I thought it might need a lot of work. Turns out....Simon lifted the mat up, seen that the clutch now went all the way to the floor and the gears located fine after a little test run. As embarrassed as I was, I was really grateful for his honesty as most mechanics would have just said leave it there and I'll look at it later... probably costing me a bit.
