Terrible service so far. The dentist on my first appointment seemed great although this was just an initial appointment so just scans and counted my teeth! The service around that from the reception has been terrible however. A hygiene appointment was cancelled and I was informed at the very last minute (they said they sent a letter which arrived AFTER the cancelled appointment) . Then told I couldn’t reschedule another hygiene appointment for 3 months. I have also sent 3 emails (over 4 weeks) since my initial appointment... read more
