The staff are brilliant, but A and E waiting times are shocking ,a lady was waiting over 34 hours in a wheelchair for a bed, my partner waited for over 6 hours then told to go home , having waited in a room on her own for 2 hours as nurse called away. Just how it is l suppose .
Excellent sevice early this morning went with a colleague who cut his hand open in and out within 90 mins. Great service.
I bring my 12 month old baby to emergency high temperature fever 38-39C and not goes down , afternoon i came 1st they give neurofen and sending back home , around 6pm is it give again neurofen by advice from doctor. Around 10pm nearly 40C temperature with vomitting my baby woke up and i straight rush into emergency again , since that time still waiting she is burning over 38C when they check temperature. As a sufferer of severe health anxiety I have always been treated with respect and dignity ,staff also looked after my Mum and husband no complaints what so ever Keep up the good work x
