16 hour A&E wait to see a doctor, only managed to get in eventually as one of the members of staff who had worked a 11 hour shift noticed we were still there and got us redirected to the ward which should have happened hours ago. We later found out without this we would never have been seen to at all as the member of staff who was meant to look over our results went home and the new staff who took over had no idea we were waiting.
If I can score it 0 star. I will score 0. Have been waiting for 16hours . Got nothing, go to A&E because of a back pain asked for a bed when reported to reception, 16 hours later still getting no bed to lie down, and it just getting worse than staying at home. No pain relief was given. Saw the doctor but with a useless outcome.
It’s the worst experience we had they just making you wait probably there is no doctors at all you could wait there 2 days and not seen by an doctors there I could a give 0 star but there is not any
I was close to death when my wife brought me here on 21/08/2025. They were extremely quick with their assessments and performed a endoscopy within a couple of hours to stop the bleeding. After care was second to none. I couldn’t fault the staff nor the care I received afterwards. Outstanding in every aspect. Now on the road to recovery, Thank You.
I went here this morning for blood tests I found all the staff lovely and welcoming apart from one older lady, talking to me like I don’t understand what she’s saying, so unfortunately that turned into an argument Try treating people how you want to be treated or get a new job Oh and a young girl that cleans the toilets giving out dirty looks shocking
