I have been going to see Dr. Kueny for almost 20 years now. I honestly can’t think of one single complaint for him or for his staff. He is very courteous, detail oriented, thorough, and a great listener. Sean and Gloria are a joy to see and talk to every time I walk in the office and very helpful picking out glasses. My family has been going to Warrington eye care for over 5years now. All the doctors, staff and technician are very good, friendly, thoroughly professional. Special mention and heartfelt thanks to Dr.Timothy's expertise, guidance and care. Staff in the reception are very cordial, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
I had an annual eye appt. I thought it would be routine. Dr. Kueney found an issue and talked to meverycaling and reassured me with a plan to help me. He was very professional and kind and made me fell calm.
Very disappointed! I wasn't treated with respect or kindness. I talked down to, and insulted. The fee for the appt was not disclosed until after the appointment was finished! I can't believe how the front desk staff behaved, it was so rude. I've never had an experience like this before at this place, and now I have to find a new eye doctor.
