I have been living here for 7 years and it is amazing. This place is clean, organized, and the workers work really hard, they are also really quick and helpful. The company takes care of the outdoors and indoors and makes the place feel welcoming. Emily is an asset to the company. She checks in with us a lot to make sure everything is fine. The company also plants a lot of flowers for every season and create an amazing outdoor environment.
Wanted to start off this review by saying, only apply to live here if you absolutely have no other options. During the application process there were many red flags, from the lady at the front desk seeming heavily impaired during our showing. Then she proceeded to show us a different apartment than the one we were looking to rent. When I moved in the application process, a stand fee is reasonable. For them it is $75. No because this place is awful other than the location. I think the management here needs to be fired. My mom has been here for several years, they CONSTANTLY increase rent, and offer nothing. When it snows, they dont even clear the steps/throw salt. They do nothing FOR MONTHS ON MONTHS about mold or leaks or bugs. I cant even believe this place has good reviews or is under the same management?? Ketty too is a rude person too, like very rude and fake.
