I’ve had Darius and Leon over for routine maintenance stuff at our apartment twice now. The most recent was to clear up the bath tub drain, etc. as always, they were very professional, and fixed all issues swiftly. I asked if it would be a bother to fix another little issue I forgot to request maintenance for and they were happy to do it. They respected my space (shoe covers for walking over the carpet). I absolutely love it here. I have been here 15 months and have not had a single problem. The people are very kind in the complex and at the office. Grounds are clean and maintenance has always responded promptly. Not to mention how beautiful the pool is too.
