Very poor contractor. Virtually no safety concessions. Leaves the site unsafe. Leaves the site a mess. Disappears for days. Leaves equipment in the right of way without any cones or tape warning motorists of the danger. Leaks left to run down the street. Just because Melba is a small town does not excuse the lack of professionalism and safety.
Top notch civil contractor. Always worked to meet our schedule and performed high quality work.
