28th August 2025 I will never go to another Day Surgery. The team and facilities at Freshwater day surgery are simply first class. Toni on reception was incredible - so prepared, efficient, warm and friendly (9:30am checkin). Then nurses Alex and Sarah for checkin were the same - so helpful and kind. Within 30mins I was having my colonoscopy with Dr Jeff Tu (incredible too) and was awake and having a chicken sandwich at 11am. Wow what amazing, staff, nurses, anaesthetist and doctor! I couldn’t have asked for a better team of people when getting my tooth removed. No need for nerves as they will have you laughing, give you a warm blanket and endless supply of icy poles. They were all so exceptionally kind and I felt very looked after. I just had a follow up call and now I just need something else to book back in with to come back and say hello! Not to mention I have very mild pain. Thank you so much for your time and care. Such an amazing team!
Colonoscopy - a professional team of Doctors and Nurses made it as good an experience as you could expect. Expert and friendly. (No, I'm not going to put my Colonoscopy photo up! :-)

I was well looked after by reception this morning on arrival. The nurse took me in on time . My specialist Dr. Vickers, anaesthetist Dr. Pietro, all the nurses were so caring, professional and efficient, they made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you Dr.Vickers and team.
